This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
You're welcome! I'm interested in your synesthesia. I have it, too. It would be very interesting to compare works of art on the same piece of music. I'm looking to put together a group of synesthetes where we could do this. Let me know if you're interested!
i'm not really a true synesthete. i mean, i can see colors and patterns or images that link up to music if i concentrate for long enough, but sometimes it's not the same color/pattern/whatever every time i hear it. i agree that it would be interesting to work on the same piece of music as other people (especially if it's instrumental or lacking any real lyrics, in my opinion) just to see how people interpret it, or what element they're choosing to depict (rhythm, emotion, melody, warmth/coolness, etc), but i don't know if i would 'qualify' for it. if you start a group and invite me, i'd be glad to join, but i don't want people to think that i'm faking or anything like that.

You're welcome (and thank you!)! I'm interested in your synesthesia. I have it, too. It would be very interesting to compare works of art on the same piece of music. I'm looking to put together a group of synesthetes where we could do this. Let me know if you're interested!
Awesome. No time would be required.. I just figured it would be nice to have an online community of synesthetes where we could talk about it and compare, maybe upload some works and discuss. There aren't many of us, so it would be neat.
